数控车床加工稳定性影响因素分析

摘要:为了提高批量加工零件的稳定性,对于经济数车和普及型数车的加工精度需要进行控制。通过对生产批量稳定性指标的了解以及相关计算,对于批量生产的工序能力进行评价,并指出为达到Cp值要求,加工部位应具备精车刀具,刀具应锐利,刀尖角小,必要时后角也大些,以避免挤压造成的精度不稳定。

Abstract: To improve the stability of a batch parts, the manufactured precision need be controlled for the economy CNC laths and universal laths. After the stability index of production is mastered and the relation calculation has been done, the batch production process capability will be evaluated. And then pointing out that if wanted to reach the Cp value, the plant should have fine car tool, tool should be sharp, knife-sharp corners of a small, if necessary, back angle is also larger in order to avoid squeezing the accuracy caused by instability.

0引言

在制定工艺方案、审核用户提供的零件时,能不能加工以及如何加工,要由两方面确定:一是加工件的尺寸,形状和材质;二是加工件各部位的尺寸精度;成批加工稳定性要求;根据形位公差和粗糙度要求,在正常生产状态下工序能够完成设计质量标准的实际加工能力称Cp值,它反映了成批加工的稳定性。(剩余1202字)
