探究式教学对物理教师素质的要求

摘要: 振兴民族的希望在教育,振兴教育的希望在教师。实施素质教育,推进教育改革,教师的素质是关键。当代教育理念强调要培养学生的创新精神和实践能力,促使每个学生都得到全面发展,探究式教学则是一种最好、最有效的教学方式。教学方式对物理教师提出了更高的要求。

Abstract: To flourish a nation, hope is pinned on education, and to flourish the education, hope is pinned on teachers. The key of implementing quality education and promoting education reform is the quality of teachers. Contemporary educational philosophy stresses that we should cultivate students' innovative spirit and practical ability, promote every student get all-round development, and inquiry teaching is one of the best and most effective teaching methods. The way of teaching raises higher request to physics teachers.
