摘要:中华民族传统运动养生方法依托于祖国传统医学理论,其形式多样,有着良好的养生防病作用,采用文献资料法,总结阐述了中华民族传统运动养生方法理论渊源,健身防病治病作用及其理论基础。旨在为传承祖国医学传统文化并应用到体育科学领域中提供有价值的理论依据。

Abstract: The traditional Chinese exercise health approach relys on the Chinese traditional medical theory with various forms,it has good health preventive effect, using literature data,the traditional Chinese exercise and taking care theory origin are summarized and elaborated which aiming to provide valuable theoretical basis for the Traditional Chinese medicine cultural heritage and applied to the field of sports science.
